We control these servers, but we let allies come and citizens in. Anyone can come in, except groups of enemy armies. No one is allowed to set up a base there, unless we give them a Land Grant for a certain server. When we give a Land Grant, we still control the server, but the other army can control it also. If we go to war with that army, the Land Grant can be ended, and we get the server back.

4.Goverment
The DACP has a Democratic Republic. That means we are a mix between a Democracy (We elect our congress) and a Republic (The people have a say, and we have congressional votes for big decisions). We do have a bit of poll when it comes to picking new leaders, co-leaders, or third in commands. New leaders are picked by the retiring leader. A retiring leader can choose to have an election for the next leader if they wish not to pick. Second in commands and third in commands are picked by the current leader. Here are the ranks in the Government:
- Supreme Commander: This person is chosen by a retiring leader. They cannot be impeached and have the last say. They can over rule a decision by the president if they feel it is necessary. There is no time limit for the time he/she can serve.
- President: This person can be impeached (fired from his/her position) if there is an unanimous decision by the Senate. They are picked by the leader.
- Vice President: This person can either be chosen by the president or elected depending on the president’s wishes. The VP has no limit for the time he/she can serve. The only way to get a new one is if the President fires him/her or if he/she is impeached, with a 75% vote by the Senate.
- Senator/Consulate: These people must be elected. They can only serve for four months before becoming ordinary citizens or being elected again. Note: If a senator or consulate retired/quits/is fired then the President
- Citizen (Soldier): Anyone who isn’t elected is a citizen.
To get a major bill passed, the senate must approve it with a 3/4 vote.
Then it will go to the Consulates, who must also pass it with a 3/4 vote.
The parties allowed are:
- Democratic (Liberal)
- Republican (Conservative)
- Independant
There will be elections every 4 months, and unless the Branch gets dissolved by order of the President, it is always active.
The President is the Congessional Leader, and will moderate all discussions and sessions.
Only DACP citizens are allowed to run.
Certain Senators and Consulates will be placed on Commitees in order to focus on certain issues.
5. Citizenship & Elections:
Citizens: To become a citizen, all you have to do is join. Here are a few rewards citizens get:
- Citizen get to vote.
- In coin lotteries, citizens get to choose two numbers, and everyone else only gets to choose one.
- Citizens are more respected and listened to within the DACP than any non-DACP people.
- Much more!
Elections: To choose senators and consulates we hold elections. We hold an election every four months, and the winners get a rank in the Government. Here is what happens in elections:
- Everyone submits their name if they want to be elected.
- We hold several polls, and the winners from each poll go on to the next round (Semi-Finals). Anyone in the Semi-Finals is automatically going to have a rank in the Government.
- The two, three or four winners of the Semi-Finals go on to the Finals. Everyone else gets a rank in the Government. The lowest scoring people are Senators, the middle people are Consulates, and the winners are in the Final Round.
- If two or more people are proven to be good candidates after the elections, we will have another election. To win, we must have at least 30 people voting. The winner must win by two thirds. If not, the two, or even three top people get to be Senators.
